ALTA SURVEY

Do I need an ALTA Survey?

Before financing the acquisition of real estate, most lenders require a simple title update, however, when it comes to financing the acquisition of a commercial property, lenders will require a thorough research of the property and a highly detailed boundary survey map. This, more comprehensive product must meet the standards of the American Land Title Association (ALTA).

Give us a call at 802.229.9138 and we’ll be happy to talk about your project and give you an estimate.
